The Garo of Bangladesh, numbering approximately 136,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Tibeto-Burmese in Northeast India and Bangladesh . They are an Indigenous people, in the Garo-Tripuri people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak Garo.
