The Burusho of Pakistan, numbering approximately 151,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Pakistan, North Gilgit District areas, Hunza-Nagar and Yasin areas; scattered in Gilgit, Kashmir, and various cities. They are an Indigenous people in the Kashmiri people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Burushaski and their primary religion is Shia Imami Ismaili Islam.
