The Achang of China

The Achang of China, numbering approximately 38,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of China (Yunnan) and can also be known as Mongsha, Achung. They are an Indigenous people, in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Buddhism - Theravada. They primarily speak Achang.
