The Tai Nua of Myanmar

The Tai Nua of Myanmar, numbering approximately 80,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Tai-Kadai-speaking ethnolinguistic group indigenous to the border area of southwest China and eastern Myanmar and can also be known as Tai Neua. They are an Indigenous people, in the Tai people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Buddhism - Theravada. They primarily speak Tai Nüa.
