The Lao of Myanmar, numbering approximately 26,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a diaspora community of Laotians in Myanmarand can also be known as Laotian Tai. They are an Diaspora people, in the Lao people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Buddhism - Theravada. They primarily speak Lao.
