The Tase Naga of Myanmar, numbering approximately 60,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are described as a Tangshang Naga people of Myanmar's Sagaing Region whose oral tradition traces migration from the Patkai hills through Yunnan, settling their present territory from around the 1200s onward, nearly all now Baptist Christian They are an Indigenous people, with Tangsa / Tangshang as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Tangsa Naga people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism. They primarily speak Tase Naga.
