The Tai Nyo of Thailand

The Tai Nyo of Thailand, numbering approximately 82,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic subgroup of the Tai peoples of northeastern Thailand and can also be known as Yo, Nyaw, Thai Nyo. They are an Indigenous people, in the Tai people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Buddhism - Theravada. They primarily speak Nyaw.
