The Saek of Thailand

The Saek of Thailand, numbering approximately 3,600 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a small Tai ethnic group of mainland Southeast Asia, living primarily along both sides of the Mekong River in central Laos and northeastern Thailand. They are an Indigenous people in the Tai people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Thai, Northeastern and their primary religion is Ethnoreligion.
