The Laki of Iraq

The Laki of Iraq, numbering approximately 128,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Indo-Iranian ethnolinguistic community of western Iran and can also be known as Luri. They are an Diaspora people, in the Luri-Bakhtiari people cluster of the Persian-Median affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Shia. They primarily speak Luri, Northern.
