They are an indigenous community of South Sudan; a dialect subgroup of Banda-Mbrès (bqk) and can also be known as Wada, Buka, Ouadda. They are an Indigenous people, in the Adamawa-Ubangi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Banda-Mbrès.
