The Ingessana of Sudan

The Ingessana of Sudan, numbering approximately 129,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an African ethnic group of Sudan who speak the Gaam language and inhabit the Tabi Hills in the Blue Nile province and can also be known as Tabi, Metabi, Kamanidi, Mamidza, Tabi, Mamedja, Muntabi. They are an Indigenous people, in the Nilotic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Gaam.
