The Western Teke of Gabon, numbering approximately 67,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a northwest Bantu ethnolinguistic group indigenous to the North Lekoumou region of the Republic of the Congo and can also be known as West Teke. They are an Diaspora people, in the Bantu, Northwest people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak Yaka (Congo).
