The Nchumburu of Ghana, numbering approximately 77,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are described as a Guan-speaking people of Ghana's Lake Volta region whose Chumburung kingdom in the Yeji-Atebubu-Kwame Danso triangle predates 1700, dispersed into small villages by Asante expansion and Gonja raids while maintaining ties to the Volta's waters They are an Indigenous people, with Nchumburu as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Guinean people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Neo-Pentecostalism. They primarily speak Chumburung.
