The Kuranko of Guinea, numbering approximately 142,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as an ethno‑linguistic group of the Mandé (Mande) peoples living mainly in southern and southeastern Guinea, especially around the Kissidougou region, with closely related communities across the border in northeastern Sierra Leone and can also be known as Kuranké. They are an Indigenous people, with Kuranko as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Malinke people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism. They primarily speak Kuranko.
