The Krio of Sierra Leone

The Krio of Sierra Leone, numbering approximately 915,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Eurafrican ethnic group descended from freed African-American, Afo-Carribbean, and liberated African slaves who settles in the Western Area (Freetown Peninsula) of Sierra Leone during the 19th century. They are an Indigenous people in the Other Sub-Saharan African people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Krio and their primary religion is Ethnoreligion.
