The Gurkha of Brunei, numbering approximately 1,700 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community holding Nepali citizenship or with roots in Nepal and can also be known as Gurung. They are an Diaspora people, in the Nepali-Pahari people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Nepali.
