The Aheu of Laos

The Aheu of Laos, numbering approximately 2,700 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as an ethnolinguistic community of Thailand, Thavung in Sakon Nakhon province: Song Daw District, 3 villages; Phon Soung live about 100 km south of the Thavung They are an Indigenous people, with Aheu as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism. They primarily speak Aheu.
