The Tidorese of Indonesia

The Tidorese of Indonesia, numbering approximately 47,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Indonesia (Maluku), north Maluku, Tidore, Maitara, Mare, north half of Moti Islands; Halmahera west coast areas. They are an Indigenous people, in the Maluku-Northern people cluster of the Malay Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Tidore.
