The Western Baloch of Afghanistan, numbering approximately 564,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic subgroup of Baloch, a nomadic, pastoral, Western Iranic ethnic group native to the Balochistan region of South and Western Asia. They are an Indigenous people, in the Baloch people cluster of the Persian-Median affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Balochi, Western.
