The Dungans of Kyrgyzstan, numbering approximately 79,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnoreligious people group indigenous to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan and can also be known as Hui, HuiZui, Dzhunyan, Tungan. They are an Indigenous people, in the Chinese-Hui people cluster of the East Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Dungan.
