The Huichol of Mexico, numbering approximately 86,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Amerindian ethnic group indigenous to the Sierra Madre mountains in the Mexican states of Nayarit, Jalisco, Zacatecas, and Durango. They are an Indigenous people in the Aztec people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Spanish and their primary religion is Folk Catholicism.
