The Central Mazahua of Mexico, numbering approximately 274,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Mexico and can also be known as Mazahua Central, Central Mazahua. They are an Indigenous people, in the Otomi people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
