The Mam of Mexico

The Mam of Mexico, numbering approximately 17,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Mexico; a dialect subgroup of Mam (mam) and can also be known as Northern; Tacanec; Mamé; Tacaná Mam; Tiló; Western Mam; Mam, Northern, Tiló, Mam, Western Mam, Todos Santos Cuchumatán, Mamé, Mam, Norte; Mam, Mam, Norte, Tacanec, Tacaná Mam. They are an Indigenous people, in the Maya people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
