The Southeastern Guerrero Mixtec of Mexico, numbering approximately 116,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethno-linguistic subgroup of the Mixtec, an indigenous Mesoamerican people of Mexico and can also be known as Mixteco de San Rafael, Mixteco de Xochapa, Alcozauca; Mixteco de Xochapa; Highland Guerrero Mixtec; Mixteco de Alacatlatzala; To’on Savi, Mixtec, Highland Guerrero Mixtec, Alcozauca, Alacatlatzala; Mixtec, Mixtec, Mixteco de San Rafael; Mixtec, Mixteco de San Rafael, To’on Savi, Alacatlatzala, Metlatonoc Mixtec, Mixteco de Alacatlatzala. They are an Indigenous people, in the Mixtec people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Mixtec, Metlatónoc.
