The Oraon of India

The Oraon of India, numbering approximately 5,490,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Dravidian-speaking ethnolinguistic tribe indigenous to the Chhotanagpur Plateau of northeastern India and adjacent areas of Bangladesh and Nepal and can also be known as Dhangad. They are an Indigenous people, in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak Kurux.
