The Nail Bedouins of Algeria

The Nail Bedouins of Algeria, numbering approximately 41,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Arab Bedouin tribal confederation of central Algeria's steppe and Saharan Atlas. Traditionally pastoral livestock herders practicing seasonal mobility, they occupied the frontier linking oasis communities and the northern highlands. They are an Indigenous people in the Bedouin, Saharan people cluster of the Arab Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Tamazight, Central Atlas and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
