The Kashmiri of India

The Kashmiri of India, numbering approximately 2,990,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Kashmiri-speaking people whose ancestral roots trace to the disputed Kashmir region of northern India and Pakistan. They are an Indigenous people, in the Kashmiri people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Kashmiri.
