The Woodland Cree of Canada, numbering approximately 68,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a major subgroup of the Cree Nation, one of the largest Indigenous groups in Canada. They traditionally inhabited the forested regions of northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, west of Hudson Bay and north to Churchill and can also be known as Sakāwithiniwak, Nîhithaw. They are an Indigenous people, in the North American Indigenous people cluster of the North American Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak English.
