They are an ethnic community of mixed Indigenous and European ancestry originating in Guatemala and can also be known as Honduran Mestizo. They are an Diaspora people, in the Hispanic people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak Spanish.
