They are an Amerindian tribe who live in the state of Rondonia, Brazil, at the headwaters of the southern tributaries of the Ji-Parana River. They are an Indigenous people, in the Amazon people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Portuguese.
