The Naribut of India, numbering approximately 2,200 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are described as a Scheduled Caste of Delhi and Rajasthan, also called Bawari, claiming Rajput ancestry, their name recalling the knitting of leather cords. Selling chandeliers has largely replaced their traditional craft of stone idol-making They are an Indigenous people, with Naribut as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Hindi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Marwari (India).
