They are a small but established diaspora community made up of people who identify as Turkish by ethnicity, language, culture, or family origin, formed through labor migration, family reunification, and refugee movements from the late 20th century onward. They are an Diaspora people, in the Turkic people cluster of the Turkic Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Turkish.
