The Cudigar of India, numbering approximately 1,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as a Sunni Muslim bangle-making community of Rajasthan whose name derives from chudi, meaning bangle, traditionally crafting bangles from coconut shell and ivory though now largely dependent on wage labor They are an Indigenous people, with Chudigar / Cudigar as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Bihari people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam. They primarily speak Marwari (India).
